Layby Policy
What is a Layby?
A layby is when you pay for the products in at least two installments and do not receive them until you have paid the full price.
Cancellation of Laybys
You can cancel the layby at any time before you receive the products. Except for a termination fee, you will be refunded any money paid.
Termination Fees
The Termination fee for special orders (items ordered specifically at a customer’s request) is 50% of the RRP for the products ordered.
The Termination fee for items reduced in price are 25% of the marked price.
The Termination fees for all other items are 10% of the RRP for the products.
Terms and Conditions:
Deposit- 25%.
Term of Layby – any length of time providing regular payments are being made.
Our Past Times can cancel the layby if you fail to make a payment for 3 months, with no refund payable.
If you cannot make a payment or need longer, contact Our Past Times we are extremely flexible.
