Our Past Times, ships to addresses within Australia. We currently do not ship outside Australia.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we receive a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
If your order is significantly delayed in shipment, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are set by Australia Post and are based on the chargeable weight, which is the greater of the physical weight or the cubic weight of your shipment.
The cubic weight is calculated by multiplying the parcel’s cubic volume by the cubic weight conversion factor of 250.
The cubic weight accounts for your parcel’s space in Australia Post vehicles.
The cubic volume of our parcel is Length multiplied by Height by Width.heckout.
Delivery Times
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside the control of Our Past Times and are solely the responsibility of Australia Post.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged
Our Past Times ensures that all goods are packaged to ensure their safe arrival; unfortunately, packages can be damaged during shipment.
Our Past Times is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by Australia Post.
If you received your order damaged, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Australia Post.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
